    Step 01

    Check Device Compatibility

    Make sure your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile to check for an 'Add eSIM' option.

    iPhone XS or newer, Google Pixel 3+, Samsung Galaxy S20+ are supported
    Your device must be carrier-unlocked
    Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection for setup
    Step 02

    Purchase & Receive Your QR Code

    Browse our plans, select your destination and data package, and complete checkout. You'll receive your eSIM QR code via email instantly.

    Purchase before you travel — install at home on Wi-Fi
    Check your spam folder if you don't see the email
    Save the QR code — you'll need it for installation
    Step 03

    Install Your eSIM

    Open your device settings and follow the eSIM installation steps for your specific device.

    iPhone / iPad

    1. 1Open Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM
    2. 2Select "Use QR Code"
    3. 3Scan the QR code from your email
    4. 4Label the plan (e.g., "Travel Data")
    5. 5Choose this line for mobile data

    Android (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.)

    1. 1Open Settings > Connections > SIM Manager
    2. 2Tap "Add eSIM" or "Add Mobile Plan"
    3. 3Select "Scan QR Code"
    4. 4Scan the QR code from your email
    5. 5Follow the on-screen prompts to complete setup
    Step 04

    Activate & Connect

    Once installed, activate your eSIM when you arrive at your destination to start your plan's validity period.

    Enable Data Roaming: Settings > Cellular > your eSIM > Data Roaming ON
    Set the eSIM as your data line if using Dual SIM
    Turn off Wi-Fi to confirm mobile data is working
    Your plan starts when you first connect to a network

    Troubleshooting

    eSIM won't install

    Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection and your device is carrier-unlocked. Try restarting your device and scanning the QR code again.

    No network connection

    Make sure Data Roaming is enabled for the eSIM line. Try toggling Airplane Mode on/off. Go to Settings > Cellular > Network Selection and try selecting a network manually.

    Slow data speeds

    Toggle Airplane Mode on and off to reconnect. Check if your plan supports 4G/5G in your current location. Try manually selecting a different network operator.

    QR code not working

    Make sure you're scanning the correct QR code from your order email. Ensure your screen brightness is high and the QR code is clearly visible. Each QR code can only be used once.
